Yes, I provide in person counseling sessions in Longwood, FL. I serve the greater Orlando area and Seminole County.

My out of pocket rate is $150. I do offer a sliding scale based on income— feel free to ask about my sliding scale spots. I never want cost to be a deterrent, as I truly believe mental health care should be affordable and accessible for all!

Yes! I currently accept: United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, BCBS and a few others. Reach out to verify.
For transparency, I use Headway for billing several insurance plans, but I will let you know if this applies to you.

In our first session, we will start building rapport and making sure that you are comfortable. I’ll typically start doing information gathering in our first session. This will help me make sure that I can help create goals that we can work towards.

That’s up to you! Depending on what you’re coming in for, we could see things improving within a matter of months. You might start off with a weekly schedule, then transition to biweekly, and finally to monthly. Some clients see me on a case-by-case basis after we have done a huge chunk of work.

I’m very client-centered and collaborative. I want to make sure that what we are doing is what you want to work on. I might have ideas on what to work on, but ultimately, this is your journey— not mine. I can be here to cheer you on while we do the hard work, but I’ll also challenge some of those thoughts that our brains can have.
